This Cookie Notice explains how Nastvix Inc., a Delaware corporation operating HeroMi (“HeroMi,” “Nastvix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies when you use HeroMi.

This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

Cookies are small data files stored on your browser or device.

HeroMi may also use similar technologies, such as local browser storage, to support authentication, session management, security, preferences, and analytics.

2. Cookies and Technologies We Use

Strictly Necessary

These technologies are required for HeroMi to function properly and may be used to:

  • keep you signed in;

  • maintain your session;

  • remember essential service settings;

  • protect the Service from fraud, abuse, and security threats; and

  • operate core website and account functionality.

Our infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare and Supabase, may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies where required to provide security, authentication, or other essential functionality.

Strictly necessary technologies cannot be disabled through our cookie preference controls because the Service may not function properly without them.

Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use HeroMi, such as which pages and features are used and how users interact with the Service.

Analytics helps us understand and improve HeroMi.

Google Analytics is treated as a non-essential technology on HeroMi and is not enabled until you consent to Analytics cookies.

We do not use Google Analytics for:

  • targeted advertising;

  • cross-context behavioral advertising;

  • remarketing;

  • Google Ads audience creation; or

  • advertising personalization.

We do not intentionally send child profile information, moods, triggers, reported behaviors, skill information, or other consumer health data to Google Analytics.

3. Your Cookie Choices

When you first visit HeroMi, you can choose:

Accept All — allows both strictly necessary technologies and optional Analytics technologies.

Reject Non-Essential — allows only technologies necessary to operate and secure HeroMi. Google Analytics will remain disabled.

Manage Preferences — allows you to choose whether Analytics technologies may be used.

Strictly necessary technologies remain enabled regardless of your Analytics choice.

You can change your choice later through the Cookie Preferences control available on HeroMi.

If you clear cookies or browser storage, change browsers or devices, or use certain privacy features, you may need to provide your preferences again.

4. Payments and Stripe

HeroMi uses Stripe to process subscription payments.

When you choose to purchase a subscription, you may be redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page.

Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies on its own services to process payments, maintain checkout sessions, prevent fraud, and provide its services.

Cookies and technologies used on Stripe-hosted pages are controlled by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s own privacy and cookie practices.

HeroMi does not use Stripe payment cookies for advertising.

5. Email Tracking

HeroMi uses Brevo to send service communications and, where applicable, marketing emails.

Emails may contain technologies such as tracking pixels or tracked links that allow us to understand whether an email was delivered, opened, or clicked.

These technologies operate within emails rather than as website Analytics cookies.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending essential account, security, billing, or service communications.

6. No Advertising Cookies

HeroMi does not currently use advertising or remarketing technologies such as:

  • Meta Pixel;

  • TikTok Pixel;

  • Google Ads remarketing;

  • third-party advertising networks; or

  • affiliate advertising trackers.

We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles based on activity across unrelated websites or services.

7. Browser Controls

Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies and other stored website data.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies through your browser may prevent parts of HeroMi from working correctly.

Browser controls operate independently from HeroMi’s Cookie Preferences.

8. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Cookie Notice if our technologies, service providers, or legal obligations change.

If we introduce new non-essential cookie categories, we will update our cookie preference controls and obtain consent where required before enabling them.

The current version and “Last Updated” date will remain available through HeroMi.
