Last Updated: August 12, 2026
This Child Privacy Notice explains how Nastvix Inc., a Delaware corporation operating HeroMi (“HeroMi,” “Nastvix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information about children that is provided by their parents or legal guardians.
This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. HeroMi Is a Parent-Directed Service
HeroMi accounts are available only to adults who are at least 18 years old.
Children do not:
create HeroMi accounts;
independently operate HeroMi accounts;
directly submit personal information through HeroMi; or
independently interact with HeroMi’s personalized-response features.
A child may view HeroMi content or participate in parent-led practices under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
When you create a child profile, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and are authorized to provide information about that child.
2. Information Parents Provide About Children
A parent or legal guardian may create one or more child profiles.
Depending on how HeroMi is used, information associated with a child profile may include:
the child’s name;
full date of birth;
selected focus goal;
situations and behaviors reported by the parent;
mood information recorded by the parent;
reported triggers;
completed and saved practices;
skill levels and progress information;
recommendation history;
whether recommendations were marked helpful or not helpful; and
dates and times associated with these activities.
All of this information is provided or generated through the activity of the adult account holder.
3. How We Use Child Profile Information
We use child profile information to:
provide age-appropriate HeroMi content;
personalize practices and recommendations;
understand previously reported situations, moods, and triggers;
track skill development and progress over time;
remember completed and saved practices;
avoid unnecessary repetition; and
improve the relevance of future recommendations.
We do not use child profile information for advertising.
4. AI-Assisted Personalization
HeroMi may use Google Gemini to generate certain personalized responses.
We limit the information sent to Gemini to what is reasonably necessary for personalization. This may include:
generalized age or age group;
selected triggers;
mood information when recorded; and
de-identified skill-level information.
We do not send the child’s name or full date of birth to Gemini as part of a personalization request.
We do not use child information to train general-purpose third-party AI models.
5. How Child Information Is Shared
We disclose child information only when reasonably necessary to operate HeroMi, including to service providers that support hosting, database infrastructure, security, authentication, storage, and personalization.
Our service providers are permitted to process information only for the services they provide to us and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the safety, security, or legal rights of HeroMi, our users, children, or others.
More information about our service providers is available in our Privacy Policy.
6. No Sale or Advertising Use
We do not:
sell child information;
share child information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
use child information to create advertising audiences;
use child information for targeted advertising; or
permit advertising networks to track children through HeroMi.
7. Parent Controls
The parent or legal guardian who manages the HeroMi account controls the child profiles associated with that account.
Through account settings, parents may:
update the child’s name;
update the child’s date of birth;
change the child’s focus goal;
archive a child profile; and
delete the entire HeroMi account and associated data.
Parents may also contact support@heromi.app for assistance with accessing, correcting, or deleting information associated with a child profile.
8. Archiving and Deleting a Child Profile
When a parent archives a child profile, HeroMi stops using that profile for active personalization.
If the profile remains archived, the child profile and associated information are deleted within 30 days.
This includes associated information such as:
reported behaviors and situations;
moods and triggers;
completed and saved practices;
skill-progress information; and
recommendation history.
Limited residual information may remain temporarily in secured backups or where retention is required by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Account Deletion
A parent may delete the entire HeroMi account through account settings.
Account deletion initiates deletion of all child profiles associated with the account and their related HeroMi history.
Any limited exceptions to deletion, including temporary backup retention or legally required records, are described in our Privacy Policy.
10. If a Child Submits Information Directly
HeroMi is not designed to allow children to independently submit personal information.
If you believe a child has directly provided personal information through HeroMi without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, please contact us at support@heromi.app.
We will review the situation and take appropriate steps, including deletion where appropriate or required by law.
11. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Child Privacy Notice if our practices, features, service providers, or legal obligations change.
If a material change affects how we handle child information, we will provide reasonable notice to the parent or legal guardian and obtain additional authorization where required by law.
The current version and “Last Updated” date will remain available through HeroMi.
